Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as the organization's primary talent acquisition subject matter expert and is responsible for leading and executing all aspects of the recruitment function. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring an efficient, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
The Talent Acquisition Lead manages full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of positions, develops and implements recruiting strategies, oversees recruiting operations and systems, analyzes hiring trends and metrics, and supports workforce planning efforts. This position plays a key role in helping the organization achieve its business objectives through effective talent acquisition practices, process improvement, and strong partnerships with leaders throughout the organization.
Key Duties
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for openings, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer development, and onboarding transition.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, clarify role requirements, and develop recruiting strategies that align with team and organizational goals.
- Work directly with hiring managers to prioritize openings, establish search plans, and drive timely, high-quality hiring decisions.
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, social platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes, complete initial candidate screenings, and evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role and organization.
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and interview logistics to ensure a positive candidate and hiring team experience.
- Facilitate interview debriefs and support leaders in evaluating candidates, gathering feedback, and making informed hiring decisions.
- Prepare and present offers in partnership with leadership and HR, and manage candidate communications through acceptance and pre-employment steps.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system and ensure recruiting activity is documented appropriately.
- Monitor recruiting performance through key metrics including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, source effectiveness and hiring manager satisfaction, and provide updates or recommendations to improve recruiting outcomes..
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and repeat roles to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives through recruiting outreach, networking, hiring events, social media engagement, and candidate relationship management activities.
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with recruiting agencies, search firms and vendors to optimize recruiting outcomes.
- Promote equitable and inclusive hiring practices and ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers regarding talent market conditions, recruiting strategies, and hiring best practices. Partner closely with the HR colleagues to align recruiting activity with workforce plans, organizational needs, and business priorities.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and HR partners throughout the hiring process, including intake, selection, offers, and hiring decisions.
- Create and maintain recruiting processes, documentation, templates, and training materials to support a consistent hiring experience.
- Develop and deliver interview training for leaders and hiring teams.
- Partner with the broader HR team on talent-related initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
- Serve as administrator and owner of the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and effective utilization.
- Develop and communicate recruiting metrics, trends, and workforce insights to support business decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, interview guides, and hiring resources.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education/Training
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- Five or more years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a high growth environment, including full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels. .

- Demonstrated ability to interpret recruiting data and use analytics to drive hiring decisions and process improvements.
- Experience recruiting across technical, corporate, customer-facing, and operational functions.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple roles.
- Strong proficiency with recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Physical Demands, Working Conditions, and General Employment Guidelines
- Moderate or high levels of stress may be experienced in the performance of the job.
- Position is performed in a general office environment, home office, or approved remote workspace where physical work includes, but is not limited to, sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting to 25 lbs.
Equipment
- Daily use of the Microsoft Teams (phone), computer, printer, and other routine office equipment
- Must have high speed internet access and suitable home office setup in order to work a hybrid schedule.

- Little responsibility for safety of others. The job is performed in an office setting where there are no hazardous materials or equipment.
