We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator based in the London to provide critical first-line support for our Salesforce user base across global regions. This role is ideal for someone early in their Salesforce career who thrives in a collaborative environment, is eager to learn, and is passionate about providing excellent user support.

Reporting to a US-based manager, you will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day support needs in the UK and EMEA time zones. You’ll handle support tickets, manage user accounts, answer system questions, and help ensure our users can navigate Salesforce and related tools effectively.

As your familiarity with our systems grows, you’ll begin supporting system enhancements by designing, testing, and deploying changes in a structured development lifecycle.

Salesforce Administrator Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first-line support for Salesforce users in the UK and EMEA regions
  • Manage support cases in Salesforce, including user access, issue resolution, and system usage questions
  • Triaging and escalating enhancement requests to the appropriate teams and tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Perform basic administrative tasks in Salesforce, including configuration updates, user management, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and reports
  • Collaborate with other Salesforce team members on testing and deployment of new features
  • Participate in regular team meetings and cross-regional coordination with US-based colleagues
  • Provide front-line triage and basic support for integrated tools such as CPQ+, AdobeSign, and Gainsight
  • Document support processes and common solutions to build a knowledge base for UK users

Skills and experience you can bring:

  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar technical support role
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities across time zones
  • Comfortable learning new tools and systems and asking for guidance when needed

Added bonus if you have the following:

  • Experience working with Salesforce CPQ+, AdobeSign, or Gainsight
  • Exposure to Agile or sprint-based development processes
  • Prior experience supporting users in a remote-first or globally distributed team
  • Interest in growing into a more senior Salesforce Admin or Analyst role over time

Additional information:

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,00-£45,000 plus benefits.

This role is based from our office in Brentford, London on a hybrid basis (2-3 days a week). Please note we will be moving offices early 2026 within the same area.
