We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bids and Tenders Executive to support the end-to-end bid process across a range of sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in bid management, working closely with Global sales professionals and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, high-quality proposals.

Bids and Tenders Executive Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of bid submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal governance.
  • Support the development of bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and tailor responses.
  • Maintain and update bid libraries, templates, and case studies.
  • Proofread and format bid documents to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Track and report on bid progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes and tools

Skills and experience you can bring:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. You’ll be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.

A natural team player, you’ll have great communication and collaboration skills with a willingness to learn from others. Adaptability and resilience are key, as is a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will take pride in their work, show initiative, and be motivated by contributing to successful outcomes.

  • Experience in a similar role or exposure to bid/tender processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Familiarity with public sector procurement or frameworks.
  • Knowledge of bid management tools (e.g., SharePoint, CRM systems).
  • Bid/proposal qualification

Additional information:

We offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, plus lots of amazing benefits.

This is a remote position within the UK; some travel to our office in London will be needed on occasion.

This is a UK based role; all candidates must reside and hold the right to work in the United Kingdom. (Please note we do not offer sponsorship for this position).
