At Renaissance, our International Account Managers are at the heart of driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll manage strategic relationships with international schools, ensuring high retention, strong product adoption, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling—all while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
Account Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Drive customer retention through proactive relationship management and strategic account planning.
- Achieve revenue targets through renewals and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize product adoption and usage.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure customers gain maximum value from Renaissance products through effective utilization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Oversee successful product implementation and adoption.
- Coordinate training needs with internal teams.
- Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries and escalations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and deliver customer business reviews
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including retention rates and customer engagement.
Skills and experience you can bring:
- Previous sales/account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ideally a tech/SaaS sales background
- Experience with solution selling methodology
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Results-oriented with strong commercial acumen
- Excellent in relationship building and stakeholder management
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive self-starter with exceptional time management skills
- Strong team player with ability to work independently
- Customer-centric mindset with consulting approach
Additional information:
This role is based in Brentford offices – hybrid based 3 days a week in the office. Some travel to other locations as needed. (Brentford, TW8 9AG)
We are looking at an OTE of £50,000 (base £30k up to £20k commission)
Flexibility to work across different time zones to support global customer base.
