Are you a high‑energy sales professional ready to drive growth across one of the world’s most dynamic education markets? We’re expanding our team in the UAE — and we’re looking for an International Sales Consultant who can accelerate our presence across the Middle East.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the face of Renaissance across the region, building strong relationships with international schools, uncovering new business opportunities, and driving strategic growth. International Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities include:
- Grow our footprint by identifying new opportunities across a diverse and fast‑expanding region.
- Drive consultative, solution‑focused sales with both new and existing international school customers.
- Engage customers across multiple channels, expertly showcasing the value of our products and services.
- Develop quarterly growth plans and execute strategies that expand our market share.
- Use market insights & data to shape business development and regional strategy.
- Lead onboarding & training to ensure customers see maximum value from the Renaissance portfolio.
- Represent Renaissance at international conferences, building networks and driving brand visibility.
- Host regional seminars and events, including presenting to prospective and current clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and forecasting.
- Achieve sales targets and consistently deliver against KPIs.
Experience we would love to see includes:
We’re looking for someone with a proven record of winning in the education technology space and a love for sales.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or within schools
- Strong sales success across the Middle East — well‑connected and confident navigating the education landscape
- A results‑driven mindset and creative approach to problem‑solving
- Outstanding networking and presentation skills
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen
- Exceptional organisation, planning, and time‑management ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and high‑level presentation skills
- Adaptability — comfortable working in a fast‑paced, culturally diverse environment
