Job Description:

A General Labor Associate can help with all various warehouse tasks that do not include operating machinery. A General Labor Associate can be trained and certified to use a pallet jack for various tasks if the need is present in the warehouse and the Associate is interested in certification.

A General Laborer can assist in various departments that include but are not limited to: unloading for receiving department, value add services for small parcel department, palletizing for wholesale department, goods inspection and wrapping for returns department, and more. This role is based out of our Stockton, CA Warehouse Location.

A typical day would require the laborer to:

- Load and unload goods from trailers or containers

- Perform job tasks assigned by leadership staff to achieve daily productivity and quality goals, which would require the laborer to flex to different departments and job functions throughout the day

- Perform visual inspections of inventory for defects or damages

- Scan packages and bins utilizing handheld scanners- Perform transactional movements within WMS system

- Maintain proper safety procedures and operations

- Match product specific labels provided by supervisors or leads to picked orders or palletized orders

- Palletize bulk orders with the use of banding tools

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Work with other General Laborers on assigned teams to achieve productivity goals

- Raise concerns when operational hindrances get in the way of achieving warehouse goals

- Ask for and give clear and instructive feedback on processes

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $20/hr-$25/hr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
