We’re excited to be looking for a Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing, to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Director of Brand Marketing, you will have overall responsibility for developing a multi-channel growth strategy that drives brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty for Annie Selke.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve and maximize all existing growth marketing channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display, CRM/SMS/Email, CTV, etc.
    • Continuously monitor and optimize Paid Media programs based on market demand, consumer and macro-economic trends to ensure plans are achieved or adjusted with foresight
    • Manage a +$6m marketing budget and adjust allocations based on business results to maximize topline sales & efficiency
    • Leverage best practices and be curious and educated about new acquisition opportunities to integrate into the Annie Selke Growth Marketing programs
    • Identify, test, implement, and grow new paid and non-paid marketing channels as part of a full-funnel growth strategy
    • In close collaboration with the Web Analytics Analyst, proactively interpret data and trends, and take actions to achieve sales plans
  • Manage external Paid Media Agency partnerships (SEM, Social, Affiliate) to ensure alignment, proactivity, transparency, accountability and accuracy.
  • Responsible for helping to develop the framework for achieving overall business goals, D2C sales and revenue targets based on historical data and market trends
  • Work closely with the brand marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns that generate growth
  • In collaboration with the Sr. CRM Program Manager, Sr. Manager Direct Mail, Director of Brand Marketing and Director of eCommerce develop an analytics framework that enables a comprehensive view of brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention strategies that provides clarity and supports decision making.
  • In collaboration with CRM leads, dramatically improving our customer segmentation and personalization improve retention, loyalty, and LTV
  • Manage and develop the skills and capabilities the web analyst and continually uplevel the Organization’s knowledge of Growth Marketing strategies, best practices and opportunities to drive the overall business.

Education, Experience, Skills:

  • Deep, hands-on experience navigating all paid performance marketing channels (Google, Paid Social, Affiliates, etc.), with a firm understanding of new developments & capabilities.
  • +6 years of performance/growth marketing experience.
  • A proven track record of developing and successfully implementing high impact, creative, multi-channel growth strategies.
  • Experience working with both agency and in-house performance marketing management approaches.
  • Significant experience in building a CRM practice and generating customer file growth and LTV, leveraging segmentation & personalization, and across email, SMS, and other channels.
  • Funnel conversion optimization experience.
  • Agile & data-driven, with a deep understanding of A/B testing.
  • Experience hiring, managing, and developing a high performing team.
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven with a bias towards action, a growth mindset, an innate sense of curiosity, and an incessant drive for continuous improvement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$125,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the likely salary opportunity for a new hire in this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
