We are on the hunt for a Supply Chain Data Analyst Intern at our Montreal office. This is a 4-month mandate starting in May 2026.

Role

The Supply Chain Data Analyst Intern supports the supply chain teams by contributing to data analysis, dashboard creation, and process optimization. The intern also assists with special projects related to continuous improvement, operational performance, and Supply Chain efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

Supply Chain Analysis

  • Participate in the analysis of key supply chain performance indicators.
  • Contribute to identifying problem areas within logistics and operational flows and propose improvement opportunities.

Reporting and Business Intelligence

  • Assist in creating and updating automated dashboards (Power BI, ERP, databases).
  • Prepare regular reports to support decision‑making for Supply Chain and Operations managers.

Modeling and Optimization

  • Participate in data modeling to analyze logistics costs, inventory levels, production capacity, or supplier performance.
  • Contribute to improving planning, procurement, or logistics management processes.

Special Projects and Continuous Improvement

  • Support the coordination and execution of special projects related to Supply Chain optimization, cost reduction, or process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, finance, business development, IT).

Collaboration and Communication

  • Participate in preparing presentations, reports, and interdepartmental meetings.
  • Handle sensitive data with professionalism and discretion.

Desired Profile

Education

  • Bachelor’s student in operations management, Supply Chain, business administration, business technology, engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

  • Strong interest in data analysis and Supply Chain.
  • Basic knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Excel and databases.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (an asset).

Personal Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly.
  • Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written (Contact with customers outside of Quebec).
  • Motivation to contribute to concrete projects and take initiative.
