Role Summary:
The Senior Program Manager is accountable for leading large‑scale, enterprise‑wide transformation programs that span people, process, and technology. This role is responsible for translating enterprise strategy into executable transformation roadmaps, with a strong focus on data management, data governance, data‑driven mindset shifts, operating model change and enterprise adoption. The role ensures business value realization, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes across multiple business units and stakeholder.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide, multi-function transformation programs, including data management and data governance initiatives
- Drive alignment between business strategy, transformation objectives, and enterprise data capabilities (data governance, quality, ownership, lifecycle management)
- Establish and manage integrated transformation roadmaps covering operating model changes, process redesign, technology enablement, and data maturity improvements
- Own overall program governance, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, benefits realization, and executive reporting
- Lead Data Owners, IT, Compliance, Security, and Business leaders to operationalize enterprise data management policies and standards
- Lead cross‑functional program teams (project managers, change managers, data managers, SMEs, vendors) without direct authority in a matrix or federated environment
- Ensure transformation outcomes are embedded sustainably into day‑to‑day business operations post‑go‑live, including adoption, capability uplift, and continuous improvement
- Translate regulatory, compliance, intellectual property, and business requirements into executable data management initiatives
- Coordinate delivery across data‑related domains such as data governance, data cataloging, data quality, master data, and analytics enablement
- Ensure alignment between data management capabilities and broader enterprise transformations
- Define, monitor and communicate data‑related business outcomes (risk reduction, compliance enablement, operational efficiency, decision quality)
- Define clear transformation success metrics, value realization, and benefits tracking mechanisms
- Actively manage delivery risk, escalation thresholds, and remediation plans for complex enterprise initiatives
- Prepare and present concise, executive‑level materials for Steering Committees and senior leadership
- Maintain a strong focus on outcomes, adoption, and realized business value—not just delivery milestones
Stakeholder & Change Leadership
- Serve as a trusted transformation partner to senior leaders across business, data, and technology functions
- Drive enterprise alignment across leaders with differing priorities, data maturity levels, and risk appetites
- Lead business change agents to ensure workforce readiness, capability enablement, and sustained behavioral change
- Influence decision‑making and resolve conflicts across organizational and business unit boundaries
Stakeholder & Change Leadership
- Serve as a trusted transformation partner to senior leaders across business, operations, manufacturing, engineering, and technology functions
- Drive alignment across enterprise leaders with differing priorities, legacy processes, and business unit requirements to achieve common outcomes
- Lead business change activities to ensure stakeholder readiness, process adoption, and sustainable capability uplift across impacted teams
- Influence decision-making, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive timely executive escalation in a complex matrixed environment
Required Experience:
- 8–10 years’ experience leading large, complex enterprise transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience delivering data management or data governance transformations in a large, regulated, or complex organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Program or Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Proven track record of managing multi‑workstream programs with significant organizational change.
- Experience working in matrixed or federated operating models across multiple business units.
- Executive‑level communication experience
- Data or transformation‑related credentials (data governance, business analysis, change management) are an asset

Special Considerations:
Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the Reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and be able to obtain higher clearances.

The compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 annually. The specific compensation offered will be based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
