Senior Creative Project Manager
Operations
United States
Position Summary
Sermo is seeking an experienced, client-facing Senior Creative Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our highest-priority creative projects ; those defined by complexity, client spend, or strategic value. Reporting to the VP of Client Experience, this role is the single point of accountability for moving key projects from client brief through creative development, review, and final delivery.
The Senior Creative Project Manager operates as a true end-to-end owner: sitting in front of clients to understand what they’re trying to achieve, making expert recommendations in real time, and then orchestrating execution across Sermo’s internal creative teams, the Sermo Studio team, CSOs, Design, and external vendors without handholding, but with a high degree of support and resources. This is a hands-on project leadership role for someone who thrives on managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality simultaneously while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned and momentum high.
