Job Summary
The ideal candidate will leverage broad sales expertise to drive business growth and build strategic relationships with key channel partners across the West region. This role leads a team of sales professionals, contributes to setting company objectives, and tackles significant, unique challenges through creative and effective solutions. The candidate should demonstrate independent judgment and conceptual thinking to address advanced business issues.
Responsibilities
  • Apply broad expertise in partnering with SMB and mid-tier enterprise customers and partners.
  • Directly manage and collaborate with a sales team across the West region.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key channel partners within the region.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of company goals, using innovative approaches to achieve targets.
  • Address significant and unique challenges that require evaluation of complex, intangible factors.
  • Employ conceptual thinking to understand and resolve advanced issues and their implications.
  • Exercise independent judgment in choosing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of sales leadership experience, including extensive time managing sales teams.
  • Background in the tech sector, with a preference for cybersecurity and/or networking experience.
  • Experience collaborating with regional distributors and resellers of varying sizes.
  • Strong knowledge of market conditions in multiple US regions.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and motivate large teams.
  • Experience working with field marketing resources and overseeing marketing budgets with partners.
