Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for design, development, solutioning and issue resolution
  • Provides deep technical leadership, guidance and support in design development and delivery of information technology and software development projects
  • Implement Oracle solutions to solve complex business need.
  • Development lifecycle, process flow, including design development customization of Financials modules (AP,AR,GL,INV,PO) ,Supply Chain Management, Order Management
  • Work to review technical design and documentation to ensure development is built and tested according to technical standards
  • Recognize and adopt best practices in analysis, design, building, test design, validation, and documentations. RICE objects, Oracle PL/SQL, forms, Reports, XML publisher reports, order to cash O2C, Procure to Pay (P2P), Cash Management, Ebtax, period close activities, Subledger, accounting methods, ledgers
  • Gather and document detailed requirements, design technical solutions, customize and configuration applications, identify and execute advanced test scenarios and support solution deployment – for Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications, and related 3rd party connected applications
  • Support Day-to-Day Production Activities O2C Process, Bank Payments, iExpense, VAT Report, Localizations

Requirements:

  • Experience within the Order Fulfillment & Logistical Suite of Modules (Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Warehouse Management, Secondary Ledger, Period Close, day to day support activities
  • Understanding of application integrations technologies
  • Self-managing: well organized, with strong multi-tasking and time management skills; maintains attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Business understanding of financials, manufacturing, inventory management, supply chain management, cash management
  • Responsible for solution design, development, enhancements, and issue resolution. Provide deep technical leadership, guidance and support in design development and delivery of information technology and software development projects
  • Development of RICE objects, Oracle PL/SQL, forms, Reports, XML publisher reports, order to cash O2C, Procure to Pay (P2P), period close activities, Subledger accounting methods, ledgers.
  • Experience with working on a cross-functional teams, with team members inside and outside of IT, at different level, including up to Director level
  • Experience using IT tools such as JIRA, ALM
  • Experience in both the Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • Experience testing custom applications and Oracle patches
  • Experience with PL/SQL (Programming Language/Structured Query Language)
  • Can demonstrate strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a large team or departmental setting
  • Design, Develop, Implement and Architect Supply Chain Management, Financials modules. Oracle EBS R12 Implementation Design/Develop/Implement/Architect Financials, Cash management, REVPRO 606, Essbase
  • Hands on experience in SQL/PLSQL/Reports/Form/XML Reports, Oracle Framework OAF/ADF
  • Integration and Data flow with Sales Force, Mulesoft, Agile PLM and other Integration tools, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
  • Good to have development experience on WebADI, Workflow, AME Rules and RICE Components
  • Should have been part of implementation and upgrade projects
  • Extensively worked on technical documents like MD070, MD0120

Education and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 1 year experience; or equivalent experience preferred
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or another relevant field preferred
