RevOps Specialist

Sourcescrub is growing and we are looking to expand our Revenue Operations team with a collaborative RevOps Specialist focused on supporting our Customer Success + Growth team while supporting greater RevOps initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a few years of RevOps experience but is looking for more growth and ownership that comes with joining a small but mighty team. This role reports directly to our Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and is a hybrid role with 2-3 days/week required in office.

About you
You are both highly analytical and a strong communicator with an eye for process management. You have experience optimizing processes + data and can provide actionable insights to support our revenue teams. You are organized and have a bias for action allowing you to move with urgency through a variety of tasks of various priorities.
As our RevOps Specialist, you will
- Analyze and improve revenue processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement revenue strategies and initiatives in collaboration with GTM leadership.
- Provide superior Tier 1 Support to members of the GTM organization.
- Maintain and manage revenue data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in CRM systems.
- Generate and analyze revenue reports and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Support the revenue team with tools, resources, and training to improve performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
- Lead and manage revenue-related projects, including process improvements and system upgrades.
To be successful, you should have
- 2+ years of experience in a role directly supporting revenue teams in an operations capacity
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Even better if you have
- Understand the Customer Lifecycle and have experience implementing post-initial-sales processes in the CRM and in Customer Success Platforms
- Experience building in Customer Success Platforms like Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango and Planhat
- Experience with other tools like Clari, DealHub CPQ, Groove, ZoomInfo, Drift, UserGems, 6sense, and LeanData
Compensation and benefits
Total on-target cash compensation of $100,000-$110,000. On-target cash compensation is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, job related years of relevant experience, internal equity, and location of the job.
