Overview
The Advocacy Program Coordinator supports symplr’s customer advocacy initiatives by coordinating reference activities, managing the community platform, and operationalizing Voice of Customer (VoC) insights. Ensures timely fulfillment of reference requests, proactive identification of advocates, and accurate reporting to drive engagement and loyalty.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill reference requests from Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring timely and accurate matching of advocates
- Proactively identify and solicit potential advocacy candidates using data from multiple systems (CRM, VoC tools, community platform) for testimonials, case studies, and participation in symplr events
- Administer and maintain the customer community platform, including onboarding advocates, moderating discussions, and tracking participation
- Summarize and report on VoC engagement and sentiment analytics; provide actionable insights to Advocacy Program Manager and CX leadership
- Manage incentive programs for advocates, including tracking, fulfillment, and compliance
- Produce operational reports on advocacy activities, reference utilization, and program performance
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Support teams to support campaigns, events, and content creation
- Partner with RFP & Growth (presales) teams to provide references, quotes, etc. to be included in RFP responses
Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least one year experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or Customer Support operations; experience working across multiple systems (CRM, VoC, community platforms)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
- Familiarity with community platforms and VoC programs; analytical mindset for reporting and insights
- Ability to work autonomously and influence without authority
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce), VoC tools, advocacy/community platform (e.g., Influitive), Excel/BI tools
