Overview

The Integrated Marketing Manager focuses on the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to deliver the right messages to the right audience within our target market. Coordinates with the Product Marketing team on campaign strategy and leads campaign activation, management, optimization and reporting. Plays a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing marketing efficiency. Works closely with our digital marketing team to drive performance from SEO, paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising. Identifies growth opportunities, optimizes the buyer journey, establishes a test-and-learn culture, and improves campaign performance through iterative optimization. Supports marketing effectiveness, enabling data-driven insights to execute successful marketing campaigns and drive sustainable business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own the planning of integrated campaigns designed to create preference and generate inquiries for symplr solutions, including activation, management/optimization, and reporting for ABM and other multi-channel campaigns
  • Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define and implement integrated campaign strategies, partnering with teams including Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Corporate Marketing, and more
  • Work closely with Product Marketing team to determine effective audience segmentation strategies and to incorporate clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and customer insights into campaign deliverables
  • Harness existing content assets and recommend new assets, as needed, to drive persona-driven and industry-driven integrated marketing campaigns
  • Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to provide insights around campaign results, effectiveness, and drive strategic decision making for campaign optimizations
  • Stay up to date on the latest performance marketing trends and technologies; share best practices with marketing team

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Five years of general marketing experience and demonstrated expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Three years of experience in a similar role with a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience using analytics tools and data to inform marketing strategies
  • Experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and buyer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set and meet deadlines
  • Highly goal-oriented
  • Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver, who looks for new ways to drive results
  • Exceptionally good communication skills, both in written and verbal form
