Overview
The Implementation Consultant (IC) works directly with healthcare clients and internal technical teams to ensure the Smart Square technology meets the client expectations for an efficient and optimized labor management workflow. This role demonstrates a strong track-record for successful delivery of the WSO Healthcare Enterprise Labor Management (HELM) approach across a wide range of client organization type, size, and complexity. Projects range from in-depth new client onboarding to focused consultative initiatives for incentive management. Serves as the primary contact for our customers during the implementation experience. The Implementation Consultant (IC) works with client leadership in a variety of settings to implement, facilitate, and coach using the HELM methodologies and core set of product offerings.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages the execution of all integrations to/from Smart Square
- Serves as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation period.
- Lead facilitator of all technical, staffing and scheduling workflows to guide and identify for the client the ideal end-to-end optimal scheduling approach.
- Identifies, analyzes, interprets, and presents, trends relevant to the client’s business and objectives ensuring their system is operational.
- Primary client contact for leading recommendations derived from organization’s vision, goals, and change management objectives.
- Leverages process development techniques to guide client to a more efficient operational approach in the workflows of scheduling and staffing.
- Mentors Specialists along with providing guidance. Leads cross-functional teams to address and develop workforce solutions to a wide-range of client situations and issues
- Seeks to obtain, utilize, and provide ongoing feedback for personal development and business process improvements.
- Acts as point of knowledge and contact for external department questions.
- Assists in expanding the scope of client relationships with additional products and services in collaboration with other functional areas within WSO.
- Provides customer support through various channels, and reports feedback and bugs appropriately.
- Onboards less experienced team members.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 3 years of relevant software implementation experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 12–24 months of experience with SmartSquare or comparable software experience.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including working knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to lead and influence other leaders to drive project success.
- strong communication skills with clear, confident delivery.
- proven ability to command a room and guide groups towards decisions.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience gathering and implementing requirements through software implementation is preferred
- Healthcare tech industry experience preferred.
