Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to support marketing performance reporting, pipeline measurement, and attribution. This role will play a critical part in improving visibility into marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue, while delivering insights that inform campaign and investment decisions.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in data analysis and visualization, a solid understanding of marketing and sales funnels, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Marketing Performance & Pipeline Reporting
      • Support reporting for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, bookings, and funnel conversion performance
      • Partner with Sales Operations to align on funnel definitions (MQL, SAL, SQL, SAO) and pipeline tracking
      • Track progress-to-plan and support pipeline coverage and pacing analysis
      • Help maintain consistency in lead source, campaign attribution, and “Generated By” classifications
    • Dashboard Development & Reporting
      • Pipeline and bookings performance
      • Funnel conversion rates and opportunity quality
      • Channel performance (SEM, SEO, programmatic, direct)
      • Website and landing page performance
      • Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards covering:
      • Deliver scalable, self-service reporting for marketing and sales stakeholders
    • Analysis & Insights
      • Analyze performance across campaigns and channels to identify trends and optimization opportunities
      • Translate data into clear recommendations for marketing and sales stakeholders
      • Support campaign optimization through channel and conversion analysis
      • Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
    • Data Integration & Quality
      • Support integration of data across Salesforce, HubSpot, Bizible, GA4, and other marketing platforms
      • Partner with Marketing Operations and BI teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
      • Help troubleshoot data discrepancies and maintain reporting reliability
      • Document data sources, definitions, and reporting logic
    • Customer & Lifecycle Analytics (Emerging Area)
      • Support reporting on customer lifecycle metrics such as engagement, adoption, risk, retention, and expansion
      • Assist in segmentation and cohort analysis to support cross-sell and retention efforts
    • Automation & Continuous Improvement
      • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve speed to insight
      • Support testing and measurement frameworks, including CRO and campaign experimentation
