Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Sr. Maintenance Mechanic (HVAC) to join our growing team. Reporting to the Facilities Director, the Sr. Maintenance Mechanic (HVAC) will maintain and oversee the company's buildings, systems, and equipment to ensure the workspace and operations are safe, highly functional, and efficient.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of renovations and updates
• Inspect facilities and meet all safety regulations
• Develop the scope of both self-performing expectations and managing the execution of service contracts with service providers
• Constantly observe surroundings and identify the aspects of the company's facilities that need attention
• Listen to the needs of a building's occupants and report requests and suggestions to the supervisor
