We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Digital Innovation to lead our technology strategy and oversee key technology teams. This critical role will drive innovation and ensure seamless integration across our common tech stack, including CRM, MarTech, SIS, and ERP.

As Vice President of Digital Innovation, you will be responsible for overseeing the following areas:

  • Marketing Automation
  • Salesforce CRM/Five9 Ecosystem
  • MarTech - Landing pages and marketing technology
  • SIS (Student Information System)
  • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall technology strategy to support business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the teams overseeing CRM, MarTech, SIS, and ERP, ensuring effective collaboration and integration.
  • Oversee the optimization and performance of marketing automation tools.
  • Manage the Salesforce CRM/Five9 ecosystem, ensuring effective integration with other tools and platforms.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of web pages and other marketing technologies.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align digital initiatives with business goals.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage technology budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Integrate AI innovations into existing platforms.
  • Utilize entrepreneurial product management and tech deployment skills.
  • Implement Agile development methodology with constant iterations and experimentation.
  • Employ data-driven approaches for decision-making and improvement.

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, such as VP of Digital Innovation or similar.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its ecosystem, including experience with the Five9 Contact Center ecosystem.
  • Experience with MarTech platforms from attribution to A/B testing and trigger-based marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven experience and comfort with entrepreneurial product management.
  • Expertise in tech deployments using Agile development methodology.
  • Proficiency in using data-driven approaches for continuous improvement and decision-making.
  • Experience with Omni-Channel communication strategies.
  • Experience with AI, including conversational AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent level of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with various sales & marketing technologies and platforms.
  • Advanced certifications in Salesforce or related technologies.
  • Experience in a similar industry or with a technology education company.
