Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles. This role will be integral in maintaining financial integrity and ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.

Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.

Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

Analyze financial data and create reports for management, highlighting key trends and insights.

Coordinate audits and implement recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and controls.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.

CPA certification is required.

Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a senior role.

2+ years prior Public Accounting experience required, preferably at the “Big 4.”

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with NetSuite is preferred but not required.

Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
