Essential Functions

  • Actively recruiting active and passive candidates for our fast growing internal and field operation roles
  • Contributing to the fabric of the Corporate Recruitment team by identifying and qualifying top-notch candidates
  • Developing relationships with candidates for current and prospective roles
  • Leveraging referrals, networks, colleagues and community relationships to support personnel needs
  • Utilizing various search techniques such as LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, as well as recommending new recruiting sources
  • Maintaining an active pipeline of candidates by reviewing resumes, executing informative candidate phone screens, scheduling interviews and making recommendations to hiring managers
  • Updating the Applicant Tracking System (Bamboo) and Candidate Tracking tools daily.

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter in an agency and/or corporate setting; experience with mid-senior level Marketing, Operations, Education and Inside Sales professionals is ideal
  • Strong time management skills coupled with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Independent professional who is able to execute on specific directives in a collaborative team-oriented structure
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to meet the challenge of working in a fast growing high-tech company
  • Can effectively manage a variety of complex initiatives in varying environments and cultures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines and projects
  • Highly motivated and determined to reach target-driven goals
  • Behavioral traits such as adaptability, resilience, resourcefulness, enthusiastic and meticulous are highly preferred
