We are looking for a Cybersecurity Content SME to join our Learning Products team in Tel Aviv. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in shaping and developing content for our hands-on cybersecurity training programs — with a strong focus on blue team roles.

You’ll work closely with instructional designers to create engaging, technically accurate, and up-to-date learning materials that reflect real-world tools, environments, and threats. If you're passionate about cybersecurity, up to date with industry trends, and excited by the idea of building labs and content that trains the next generation of defenders — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop up to date, engaging, and practical content focused on blue team domains (SOC, threat detection, response, digital forensics, etc.).
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging cybersecurity tools, attack techniques, and defense strategies.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure technical content aligns with instructional goals.
  • Build and test hands-on lab environments.
  • Work with tools and platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and operating systems (Linux, Windows) to simulate real-world scenarios.
  • Review and update content to reflect changes in technology and industry practices.

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles — ideally in SOC, blue team, or security operations environments.
  • Strong knowledge of modern cybersecurity tools, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and common operating system/network configurations.
  • A solid understanding of enterprise defense methodologies and threat detection workflows including NIST/MITRE frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud based infrastructures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative content team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical learning content.

Nice to Have

  • Experience as a cybersecurity instructor or mentor in a professional or educational setting.
  • Familiarity with TryHackMe, Hack The Box, or other lab-based training platforms.
  • Exposure to instructional design principles or collaboration with instructional teams.
