We’re seeking a highly driven and experienced HR Generalist who will play a key role in shaping our company culture, managing HR processes, recruiting top talent, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and a bias for execution in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.
  • Administer employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, payroll, contracts, benefits, and HRIS updates.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Israeli labor laws and regulations.
  • Partner with management to foster a positive work environment and strong company culture.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a pleasant, efficient work environment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and equipment.
  • Plan company events, meetings, and celebrations.
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
  • Coordinate with IT, facilities, and other support functions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of combined HR, recruitment, and office management experience, ideally in a tech or startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for tech roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
