HR Generalist

We’re seeking a highly driven and experienced HR Generalist who will play a key role in shaping our company culture, managing HR processes, recruiting top talent, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and a bias for execution in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, payroll, contracts, benefits, and HRIS updates.
- Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with Israeli labor laws and regulations.
- Partner with management to foster a positive work environment and strong company culture.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a pleasant, efficient work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and equipment.
- Plan company events, meetings, and celebrations.
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
- Coordinate with IT, facilities, and other support functions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of combined HR, recruitment, and office management experience, ideally in a tech or startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for tech roles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
