TouchBistro is excited to partner with Clarity Recruitment for the search for our next Director, FP&A. In this role you will be a strategic partner to the VP of Finance and the business. The Opportunity:

  • Lead, manage, develop and attract top talent to open roles for the five-person FP&A team
  • Foster a shared culture of high performance, knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Lead annual budgets, longer-term forecasting, monthly reporting, and quarterly board materials
  • Responsible for KPI reporting and relevant operating data governance
  • Support the business with analytics and assessments on new products, pricing and partnerships
  • Key liaison with other departments for budgetary and financial matters
  • Help to drive efficiencies in operating costs via analytics and engagement with each department
  • Close collaboration with the Corporate Accounting team on reporting financial results trends
  • Continue to find efficiencies and enhancements to stakeholder reporting


  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ in an FP&A leadership role
  • Degree in accounting, economics or finance, along with a CFA, CBV, CPA or MBA required
  • Proven ability to deliver superior financial models, analytics and scenario analyses with clarity of assumptions, accuracy of output, and crisp presentation of the key insights
  • Thrive in a faced-paced and dynamic environment and work with lean teams
  • Intellectually curious, results-oriented, organized, and a problem-solver who can influence change
  • A strong and inclusive manager that is willing to be hands-on and also develop top talent
  • Superior communication skills and ability to build effective relationships in cross-functional teams
