We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cloud and Infrastructure Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud and Infrastructure Network Engineer, you will actively lead, manage, implement, administer, support, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure by working closely with all respective stakeholders driving network best practices, resolving network-related incidents, monitoring vulnerabilities, and applying patches and configuration changes as recommended.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Direct hands-on within our hybrid environment consisting of our multi-office infrastructure and Cloud-based environments leveraging Microsoft Azure, AWS and Oracle
- Hand-on configuring networking devices such as Firewalls, Switches, Routers (Cisco, PaloAltos)
- In-depth knowledge and experience of networking principles and technologies such as VLAN, CIDR, VNET, NSG, Firewalls, Hub and Spoke, Express Route, VPN, etc.
- Establish networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing networking standards
- System Administration fundamentals including Windows and Linux configuration and common web server stacks
- System Administration in IaaS, Infrastructure and workloads, Windows Servers, DNS and Certificates
- Leverage continuous build, repository and integration tools such a Terraform, Git
- Participate in Security Audits (ISO/SOC/TISAX) and establish a proactive network penetration testing program
- Awareness of working towards recognized security accreditations and adopting and implementing Infrastructure and Cloud security best practices
- Managing a large hybrid estate using remote deployment and monitoring tools
- Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with respective Infrastructure and Cloud stakeholders on network optimization
- Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence senior stakeholders and a broad range of individuals across various disciplines

- Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Reporting network operational status by gathering, and prioritizing information; managing projects
- Adhere to defined configuration control practices, system upgrades, and patches (evaluation, testing, and baseline prior to deployment)
