We’re a growing team, and as we scale, so does our need to focus on expanding our administrative team. You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team (c-suite reports of CEO). You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling a variety of other tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills will be crucial to your success in this role.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Executive Calendar Support (CRO, CCO, CPTO, CHRO, CFO, CMO): Proactively manage and maintain executives' calendars and ensure all conflicts are resolved in a timely manner. Also includes scheduling executives for conferences and client facing meetings.
- Executive Travel Support (CRO, CCO, CPTO, CHRO, CFO, CMO): Book travel arrangements, assist with travel agenda/meeting logistics, and timely expense reimbursement.
- Project Assistance (CRO, CCO, CPTO, CHRO, CFO, CMO): Assist with various projects as needed, including conducting research, preparing reports, and managing project timelines.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Prepare and edit executive communications, reports, and presentations as requested by executives.
THE SKILL SET
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant, with a track record of supporting senior executives or management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Working knowledge of Concur and Navan.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Proactive approach with a keen ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

The national minimum salary is $55,000 a year + bonus and benefits. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
