ABOUT THIS POSITION

Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned wholesales partners clients, the Channel Wholesale Partner Manager is responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying needs, and opportunities for growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain regular communication and serve as the lead point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned partners.
• Identify and grow opportunities with current partners.
• Identify eSolutions/PracticeInsight partners to move to the Waystar platform.
• Escalate partner issues to appropriate departments and track to insure timely resolution.
• Conduct product demos and provide training on Waystar system tools to Channel Partner staff.
• Support partner by participation in conferences, webinars, providing newsletter material, and product demonstrations, etc.
• Forecast, track key account metrics and identify trends.
• Submit weekly status reports for top accounts.
• Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with a major in business or marketing
  • 7-10 years successful channel business development experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presenting up to executive level audiences. Ability to make sound decisions even when complete data is not available.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office suite and other standard business software.
  • Knowledge (non-technical) of standard healthcare clearinghouse transactions and solutions.
  • Experienced leader with proven skills in developing and building partner relationships and expanding product sales through distribution channels.
  • Health Care industry experience preferred
