ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Part-Time Workplace Experience Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for all workplace experience and office services in our Atlanta basecamp. The workplace experience coordinator will provide administrative support for various functions to include guest registration, office supplies and break room inventory, shipping and receiving, event and catering coordination.

Enhancing our workplace experience through a white glove service approach to office services while setting standards for workplace experience. The right candidate is an organized, diligent, and proactive guru of workplace efficiency. In this role you will be responsible for Waystar’s office services support functions to include front desk coverage, guest registration, managing snack & beverage inventory, events and catering coordination, and more. This position requires a tech savvy team member with a strong sense of urgency, unsurpassed organizational skills, exemplary communication skills, an innate attention to detail, and a black-belt multi-tasker. The Workplace Experience candidate is an ambassador for workplace excellence, fosters collaboration and has a strong drive for relationship building with a proactive approach to completing daily tasks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage workplace experience administrative tasks
  • Extend white glove customer service to out ATL team members
  • Project a positive, approachable, friendly and professional image
  • Apply a continuous improvement approach to all assigned tasks
  • Anticipate customer needs and prioritize tasks to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and respond to workplace experience requests in a timely manner
  • Prioritize and adhere to due dates to ensure deadlines are met
  • Handle incoming, outgoing, interoffice and overnight mail
  • Manage courier service and shipping requests
  • Maintain office and mail room supplies inventory
  • Snack and beverage inventory management

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of previous experience in administrative services
  • Previous knowledge of courier and US postal services regulations and procedures
  • Ability to develop, interpret and apply policies, procedures/guidelines
  • Strong acumen of Microsoft Teams and MS Suite
  • Must have ability to work with changing priorities effectively and efficiently
  • General understanding of technology and data files
  • Awareness of confidentiality
  • Attention to detail

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or 2 years of college education
