ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Commercialization Launch Manager will be responsible for driving Waystar's product readiness through project management, cross-functional collaboration, team communication, and support. This role will drive readiness programs across Waystar through employee learning events and engagements that provide the right knowledge, tools and understanding to help drive new products to success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Project Planning and Management:

  • Review proposed product changes to assess the ability to implement and support these changes

  • Develop project and roll-out plan with input from Product Manager and Process Team

  • Develop business Critical To Quality (CTQ) requirements that incorporate relevant departments

  • Coordinate/develop consistent product and training messages across all departments

  • Perform Operations risk assessment, mitigation, management & monitoring processes

Business Acumen:

  • Drive successful operationalization of product releases and updates

  • Coordinate organizational planning and execution for new products, releases, and major initiatives

  • Ensure the proper use of cross-functional organizational readiness project plans

  • Present materials, your department, and yourself with the utmost professionalism

Communications Skills:

  • Pilot training with selected Waystar employees and clients to ensure accuracy of content, retention of training and projected delivery time frames

  • Facilitate team meetings and interactions to ensure the readiness of new products

  • Identify training and documentation needs for all Waystar product releases and updates

  • Responsible for specific Waystar product solutions from an organizational perspective

  • Ensure training materials are available and accessible

  • Work with trainers to produce videos, when applicable

Organization Skills:

  • Track training delivery and develop effectiveness measures

  • Extremely detailed on all communications to make sure information is received and clearly understood

  • Ensure training materials are up to date, available and track usage

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Delivery Managers to ensure the organizational needs and client needs are met

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor Degree required

  • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle is required, either through work at a clinical practice or revenue cycle vendor

  • Documented ability to lead and manage project teams

  • Must have at least 4 years of project management experience

  • Must be willing to travel 10%
