Manages all day-to-day activities of the team

Leads integration efforts for corporate facing technologies.

Conducts People Operations responsibilities for all assigned team members, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, disciplinary action, etc.

Manages the planning, design, implementation, support, and management of Waystar’s corporate technology infrastructure

Sets strategic direction for the above technologies and ensures alignment with IT leadership and business priorities

Performs quarterly system reviews, capacity planning, tuning, and maintenance required to ensure High Availability and accurate record keeping

Ensures that the proper inventory, documentation, tools, and training are in place for each technology, sufficient to meet audit standards and operational and business continuity requirements

Plans and prioritizes team projects, in consultation with the Director - Corporate Systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget

Ensures that support requests are properly collected, prioritized, tracked, and resolved

With the Director, prepares the yearly budget and goals, and identifies opportunities for growth

2+ years of project management experience

5+ years of related work experience

Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing Technology vendor relationships

Ability to run a team of 3+ members

Architects/oversees the Technology platforms of the team

Coaches team members for professional growth

Manages key relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

6+ years of related work experience is preferred

2+ years of prior Lead/people leadership experience is preferred
