We're looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven reporting analyst for our growing team. In this role, you'll harness the power of data and Ai to influence strategy, enhance reporting capabilities, and build automated dashboards that empower leaders to make better people decisions.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsible for HR data compilation, data structure, data analysis and reporting
Create reports and dashboards related to Engagement, Hiring, Attrition, Diversity & Inclusion, Training & Development, Benefits, & Team Member Life Cycle
Pull data from multiple sources and compile it into meaningful insights that drive actions within the organization.
Design and support database architecture and system integrations.
Maintain data integrity and manage confidential information with professionalism.
Manage ad-hoc data requests from Executive Leadership.
Workday Reporting, Automation & Data Transformation, Audits (401k & Workers Comp), Payroll & Timekeeping Reporting & Configuration
Collaborate on analytics strategy and framework implementation
Leverage Ai within data and systems strategy
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree in IT or related major preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and enterprise systems (preferably Workday).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Access, and Word.
Proficiency in SQL (Calcs, joins).
Knowledge and understanding of database design
Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to executive audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and solution oriented.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to effectively and efficiently work with changing priorities.
