ABOUT THIS POSITION
Position OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Process Engineers with strong Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Lean Black Belt credentials to join our Kaizen Initiatives team. Reporting directly to the VP of Kaizen Initiatives, these individuals will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement projects, transforming operational effectiveness, and cultivating a culture of excellence across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate cross-functional Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean AI projects from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable improvements in quality, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the VP of Kaizen Initiatives, Prompt Engineers, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute AI process improvement opportunities across all departments.
Analyze existing AI processes using advanced statistical tools and root-cause analysis to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and non-value-added activities.
Develop and maintain process maps, value stream maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to document best practices.
Coach, mentor, and train associates at all organizational levels on Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies and tools.
Foster a continuous improvement mindset, encouraging AI experimentation, rapid problem-solving, and engagement at all levels of the organization.
Support the integration of Lean/Kaizen principles into daily management systems and strategic business initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during process changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Management, or a related technical field required; advanced degree preferred.
Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Black Belt, or Kaizen Facilitator required.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience leading process improvement initiatives in a manufacturing, operations, or business process environment.
Proven ability to apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen tools to deliver tangible business results.
Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Excel, etc.).
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; experience training and coaching others in Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma.
Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapting to changing priorities.

Change management certification or experience driving culture change initiatives.
Ability to influence at all levels, from the shop floor to senior leadership.
