Your Impact on our Mission
Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Lead Generation Team Lead, you will have end-to-end ownership of the planning and execution of projects assigned to the team. You'll be responsible for supervising and managing the resources, performance management, coaching, and ensuring productivity, quality benchmarks and SLAs are met consistently.

Your day-to-day is…
- Allocation of work, performance management, and cross functional collaboration
- Ensuring project quality meets the expectations through regular quality audits and sharing timely feedback
- Developing the team through regular coaching and feedback
- Owning training & documentation for new projects, and planning for resources/budgeting efficiently
- Acting as first point of contact for stakeholders and manage conflicts
- Investing in your team culture, with a big focus on driving inclusivity and a sense of belonging
- Conducting interviews and collaborating with the hiring team to reduce the turnaround time for onboarding of new candidates
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- A Bachelor’s degree from reputed institution
- 5+ years of experience with 2+ years as a Team Lead
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and sharp focus
- Strong interpersonal and team skills
- Knowledge/basic understanding of CRM (Salesforce), Project management, Tableau and preparing dashboards would be an added advantage (good to have, not mandatory)
