Your day-to-day is…

  • Oversee day to day invoice processing, help in new vendor onboarding, maintain copies of invoices, documents or correspondence necessary for files.
  • Communication with 3rd party service provider (OATS team) regarding invoice processing, payments.
  • Work on monthly vendor provisions, TDS and GST related requirements.
  • Coordinate with team members to manage cash flows and payables.
  • T&E review as per policy and corporate card reconciliation.
  • Work closely with employee & corporate card reimbursement.
  • Conduct expense claim reimbursement trainings.
  • Mapping the expenses to respective GLs and departments.
  • Assist in month-on-month close process for Zocdoc India.
  • Assist in local and annual global audits.
  • Collaborate with Managers, team members, bank and vendors for recording and disbursing payments.
  • Manage queries from both internal teams & external vendors.
  • Any adhoc tasks as needed.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

  • Graduation or Post graduation degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience (working with international teams is an added advantage).
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ready to take initiatives and multitask independently.
  • Good knowledge of basic MS Excel
  • Experience with any accounting ERP preferred.
