Your Impact on our Mission

Zocdoc’s Brand Manager is the day-to-day steward of the Zocdoc brand, for both patients and providers. This role offers an opportunity to reach new potential users and engage existing ones, helping Zocdoc’s business grow and scale. You’ll work closely with both creative and business partners to ensure that the Zocdoc brand is expressed in a thoughtful, distinctive, consistent and engaging way across paid and owned channels. Reporting into Zocdoc’s Chief Communications Officer—and working closely with leaders across the company—this is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, strategic, collaborative, rising star to shape Zocdoc’s brand and make a meaningful impact on our business.

Your day to day is…

  • Helping the brand shine and scale across paid and (certain) owned channels.
  • Overseeing creative strategy and execution for paid marketing campaigns (TV, streaming audio, podcasts, paid social, and more).
  • Owning Zocdoc’s foundational brand elements, including our brand book and brand health measurement and analysis.
  • Working collaboratively with creative partners and internal stakeholders (such as performance marketing, PR, content, and product marketing) to lead brand strategy and execution of high visibility moments.
  • Identifying and activating on moments that allow us to express our brand and help it grow.
  • Cross-functionally collaborating to support go-to-market launches and infusing brand strategy throughout the organization.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

  • 6 - 8 years of experience working on brand and creative strategy, in-house preferred.
  • Genuine passion for brand work, having strong familiarity with the landscape and trends.
  • A team mindset and an ability to build strong and trusting partnerships with stakeholders, recognizing that great brand work takes a village
  • High ownership, resilience, resourcefulness and an ability to manage ambiguity
  • A mix of creativity and strong execution. You can come up with on-brand, resonant ideas and have the drive and process orientation to bring them to life.

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.

$90,000$131,000 USD
