We’re seeking an AR Manager to join us.

As an AR Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of accounts receivable for our revenue cycle management clients. This includes direct supervision of AR staff and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of claims and denials.

What will you’ll do:

• Direct the AR team to meet or exceed key performance indicators
• Identify and implement any needed procedures to help maintain a streamlined, efficient organization
• Develop leadership team through empowerment, delegation and mentoring
• Meet or exceed client deadlines and expectations
• Manage new projects and client practices to ensure success in meeting objectives
• Contribute to organizational success through sharing of knowledge and successes with operations team peers
• Complete other duties as assigned

What will you bring to Zotec:

• Extensive knowledge of billing and accounts receivable in a health care environment, 2+ years required
• Previous management experience leading teams
• Experience managing remote employees
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Experience in managing Medicare, Medicaid, and Third-Party billing
• Urgent Care or Telehealth experience helpful
• Experience holding responsibility for an Aged Trial Balance (ATB) or Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate appropriately
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Attentive to detail
• Excellent written communications and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible mentality; willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to change
• Must be energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated with the entrepreneurial spirit
• Able to work in a team environment
• Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
