Requirements

Your main tasks in the role of Engineering Manager:

• ownership of objectives delivery of the objectives for your squads and their successful deployment to the production environments with high quality,
• performance evaluation and coaching for your team,
• leading scrum process,
• ensuring the team has the right tools, knowledge, and resources to work with minimal interruptions,
• guiding team members in design discussions and decisions.
