How you'll make an impact:

Boomi is seeking a field marketing event expert to manage our field marketing event program, ranging from industry conferences and tradeshows, to Boomi owned workshops, roundtables, and webinars for the AMER region.

The ideal candidate is innovative, adopts industry best practice where it makes sense, collaborative, goes the extra mile, and drives the maximum return from every event with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting into the America’s Regional Marketing Director, this hands-on role will work closely with Boomi demand generation, regional sales, partner marketing, and global event teams.

What you'll do:

• Own the execution of the AMER field event plan including, but not limited to, industry events, partner events, and bespoke Boomi events
• Plan and manage event budgets, providing regular updates to all stakeholders, and creating detailed briefs for team members and management
• Determine appropriate metrics in advance to measure the effectiveness of our event program, and collaborate with sales management and operations to track delegates through the sales funnel
• Partner with the global events team onboard, maintain and manage the roster of contractors/suppliers as appropriate to execute the events program
• Adhere to Boomi brand guidelines and values, ensuring all guidelines are adhered to, and all marketing and sales support materials for events are creatively engaging and relevant
• Adopt industry leading best practices for event management and deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction

The Experience you bring:

• 6+ years of experience in a marketing events role,
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with project management tools and Marketing/Sales automation systems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience running webinars on platforms, such as ON24; Go to Webinar; or BrightTalk
• Valid passport and ability to travel up to 40% (US, Canada, South America)

Bonus points if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar field
• Experience in the enterprise software/SaaS industry
• Experience with scaling, growing organization
• ​Working knowledge of Asana, Marketo, and Salesforce

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The minimum base compensation for this remote position in our corporate headquarters in Chesterbrook, PA begins at $ 94,446 + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
