Join us as a Senior Product Owner on our Integration & Connectivity team.

How You’ll Make An Impact

As a Senior Product Owner, you will work within our Product Management team, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver best in class connectivity capabilities for the Boomi Platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, including customers, support and engineering teams, to define, prioritize and manage the Connectivity product backlog.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop detailed product feature specifications (PRDs) and ensure they’re clearly understood and actionable by engineering

  • Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy

  • Triage incoming defects and product enhancement requests

  • Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals

  • Coordinate product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities

  • Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to your product area

  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to appropriately balance categories of work among features, maintenance, and technical debt

The Experience You Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience either as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in the industry

  • Ability to distill complex technical information into easy to understand requirements

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Technical experience in areas in or adjacent to App Integration, Data Management, APIs, Low Code, Automation, and other cloud technologies

Compensation and Benefits

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Chesterbrook, PA begins at $101,203. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
