How you'll make an impact:
As a Business Development Manager, Channel Sales at Boomi, you will play a key role in driving revenue by leveraging the Boomi partner community. You'll utilize a strategic sales mindset and execute effective channel strategies for revenue growth, to expand the reach and impact of our ISVs and Systems Integration partners, enabling them to deliver exceptional results in North America. The ideal candidate will have a balance of vision, thought leadership, executive presence, and collaboration skills working in a matrixed organization to achieve the intended outcomes. It is critical for this role to have a depth of integration partner experience and a strategic perspective to best support our direct sellers.
What you'll do:
Be responsible for supporting Boomi’s direct sales teams from a channels and alliances perspective. Connecting Account Executives to our partner community.
Cultivate and nurture executive-level relationships with the partners, leveraging their expertise and influence in key Boomi accounts.
Collaborate with partner leaders to develop a joint strategy and GTM plan that focuses on accelerating revenue, driving investments in practice development and developing specific industry or technology focused POVs.
Drive awareness and enablement of Boomi's complete suite of offerings with partners
Conduct regular cadences between the partners & direct sellers to drive accountability and execution.
Achieve and exceed performance targets assigned with Boomi’s most strategic accounts, driving multiple partner point of views.
Ensure effective and timely internal & external communication.
The experience you bring:
BA, BS or related degree
5+ years in a channel sales or channel management roles
Knowledge of the iPaaS, Integration, and API technology landscape and applications products/solutions that align to it
Experience working with SI's, ISV's, Resell, and OEM partnerships
Willing and able to travel up to 50%
Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive partner and account strategy
Excellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive marketplace
Ability to liaise with and motivate individuals at all levels of the partner relationships
Comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders - from individual contributors to senior executives across internal and external teams
Proven ability to build, lead and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills
