Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize retention and identify growth opportunities within your account portfolio

  • Lead the overall (technical, commercial) post-sales account success journey through Boomi’s proactive approach with the cross functional support of other Boomi teams (Product, Services, Support)

  • Understand partner requirements and drive internally (enhancements, fixes) to accelerate and remove barriers to partner and end-customer adoption and growth

  • Identify opportunities for expansion associated with their adoption of the Boomi product portfolio and additional use cases collaborating with internal stakeholders (account, product teams)

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as either Customer Success, Architect, Engineer or Consulting role with Account management focus ideally within a SaaS business

  • Excellent business, analytical, problem solving and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to address topics such as business value and total cost of ownership, etc.

  • Experience in collaborating with Systems Integrators

  • Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical subjects to both Management and Technical audiences

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with cloud and application integration

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed retention targets
