Field CTO, EMEA (UK or Germany Based)
Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as Boomi's Field CTO in EMEA, part of the Boomi Innovation Group.
Reporting to Boomi’s Chief Technology Officer, the Field CTO, EMEA is responsible for driving Boomi’s technical and product strategy for the EMEA region. This includes working with customers to understand their needs, guiding customers on architectural best practices, evangelizing Boomi’s strategy in region, as well as synthesizing and sharing customer and industry insights. The Field CTO will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the EMEA region, including customers, partners, and Boomi’s field teams.
Responsibilities:

Drive Boomi’s product strategy for the EMEA region

Develop and deliver thought leadership in EMEA

Collect, synthesize and share customer/industry insights with Boomi’s Product & Technology team (also Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, more)

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the EMEA region

Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
-
Mentor and develop junior technical field resources in EMEA
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
-
10+ years of experience in software engineering
-
Deep experience and expertise in integration, automation, APIs, master data management, and enterprise architecture

Experience and expertise with AI technologies and big plus
-
Strong understanding of distributed systems and digital business

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
