POSITION: Software Engineer 2
LOCATION: 1400 Liberty Ridge Dr., Chesterbrook, PA 19087
JOB DUTIES: Collaborate with a team of developers and testers in a highly agile environment to produce quality software to customers. Apply technical skills to all aspects of software development, including designing and development of web applications and backend systems that operate at massive scale and volume. Work independently, without needing a set of already formulated design documents to implement complex features for Boomi's runtime engine. Formulate story acceptance criteria by independently gathering information and utilizing available resources to develop complex software features. Challenge the intent of the user story and defining/refining the acceptance criteria. Apply knowledge of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle. Maintain product functionality knowledge. 100% telecommuting allowed from Chesterbrook, PA metropolitan area.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or a foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree (or a foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Applicants must have one (1) year of demonstrated experience with the following: JDBC, XML, JSON, and Java; Hibernate; Web Services and REST; GIT and Maven; and SQL.
