POSITION: Software Principal Engineer
LOCATION: 1400 Liberty Ridge Dr., Chesterbrook, PA 19087
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customer's business goals, needs and the general business environment. Will involve design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of the software and user facing features in our product. Architect complex systems at scale and work with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Architects and other Engineers to ensure that the product is delivered with quality and on time. Will mentor and train team members on design techniques, coding standards and advanced technical issues while cultivating Engineering team innovation and productivity. 15% Telecommuting
from a home office allowed.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree (or a foreign equivalent) in Engineering or a related field of study, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Alternatively, will accept Bachelor’s Degree (or a foreign equivalent) in Engineering or a related field of study and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience with the following: Python. Demonstrated experience with: Source control systems; Continuous integration tools; Knowledge of cloud infrastructure; Distributed systems; SQL and relational database systems; Knowledge of Application Integration and Data Integration (ETL) domain; and Developing on top of Linux operating systems.
