What does the Value Consulting Team at Boomi do?

We directly impact Boomi’s business by delivering consultative discovery assessments with our most strategic clients to understand their digital transformation ambitions, the underlying obstacles of transforming then provide insights, recommendations and the potential quantifiable value of taking action now. This helps our customers make objective and sound investment decisions to ensure they generate the most value from their partnership with Boomi.

We share and scale our learnings with our peers in sales consulting, marketing, professional services and customer success through value benchmarking data, tools and customer success stories. We are continually teaching, enabling and coaching others on what we do and how we support Boomi and our customers.

We evangelize the value of Boomi to our customers and partners by publishing our thought leadership and presenting at customer forums

We are key members of regional extended leadership teams who prioritize and align resources and programs for growth and customer success

We are constantly looking for ways to improve the Value Consulting practice. We develop new processes to drive efficiency and consistency. We develop new offerings and/or tools to scale value selling across Boomi.

We are always investing in our team members to help them develop their skills, support mental & physical health and long term career growth.

The Experience You Bring:

  • 10+ years of work experience with 3+ years as a people manager

  • 4+ years of relevant experience within IT strategy consulting and/or value

  • Comfortable building credibility and relationships with client CIOs and business executives

  • Complex deal structuring and proposal creation

  • Define and run a program with multiple team members

  • Drive the launch, go-to-market, enablement and “selling” of internal programs

  • Conducting customer discovery sessions

  • Presenting findings and recommendations to customers

  • Established a network of customer executives (IT and business)

  • Ideally some experience of directly managing people, including conducting evaluations, hiring, coaching, etc.

  • Mentoring others

  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • High energy and positive attitude

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, diverse and autonomous environment

Compensation:
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are 70% base and 30% commission.
Base compensation begins at $135,000 annually. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Click here for an overview of our benefits at Boomi!
