We’re looking for an experienced UX Researcher with a focus on qualitative and mixed methods to join our User Experience team. This role is an addition to the User Experience Organization, which sits at the core of the Company’s growth strategy.

This team is seeking someone with unique skills and qualities, to add to the diversity of our group, but we want someone who shares a knack for analyzing and understanding user needs and expectations, in order to effectively advocate for them. Success in this role requires someone who sees opportunity in undefined, sometimes nebulous spaces.

We want someone who takes initiative, as well as feedback. In addition to working under the guidance of the UX Senior Management team, you’ll be working side-by-side with UX Design peers to sometimes drive, and sometimes support the research activities they perform. We’re a fluid, collaborative product team: you’ll also be working closely with Engineers, Product Content creators, Program Managers, and Product Owners. Additionally, you’ll be establishing relationships with the users of our platform: both internal users, and external customers.

We are headquartered in Conshohocken, PA, and have teammates across the US, UK, and Europe. Occasional travel will be required (<10%) to meet up with your teammates and customer-facing activities.
