Talent Development and Culture HR Coordinator

Location: Bangalore - Hybrid Role

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Talent Development and Culture team to drive efficiency in delivery of all T&C programs
  • Some time pay be may utilized in providing assistance in planning and booking APJ based experiential rewards, partnering with the Experiential Award Coordinator with researching and planning travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities within their award budget and communicating to recipients relevant travel information, including destination guides, visa requirements, and travel insurance recommendations to enhance their travel experience.
  • Be a point of contact for inquiries and requests via email, phone, or online chat, providing prompt and professional assistance with booking-related questions and concerns.
  • A large portion of time may be spent managing accurate records of bookings, payments, and recipient interactions in our database systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible, including administrative tasks as needed, including preparing travel documents, coordinating schedules, and managing correspondence.
  • A portion of time may be used for updating enrollments and reporting for various T&C programs including Learning, Compliance, and Recognition

Requirements:

  • Strong program/project management skills and ability to track multiple initiatives at a time
  • Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or travel-related role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using booking platforms, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently.
  • A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to recipients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with team members across different locations.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
