How You'll Make An Impact

Boomi partners with leading technology companies to enable innovation and rich solutions for mutual customers. The role of the Director, Boomi Marketplace and Technology Alliances is to deliver business value for customers, Boomi, and partners. This is accomplished through leading the growth of Boomi’s Technology Partner Program and ecosystem, Marketplace GTM, and inbound business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Technology Partner Program, Marketplace GTM, and inbound Resale/OEM technology sourcing for products
  • Develop business cases, contractual terms, strategies/plans, and GTMs for programs, targeted partnerships, and technology sourcing opportunities
  • Drive efforts to identify customer use cases and define joint solutions for targeted business strategies and outcomes
  • Develop impactful relationships within Boomi and partner organizations including Alliances, Business Development, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Sales functions
  • Execute partnership strategies and GTM plans, develop cadence with partner counterparts, and measure/report performance for key Boomi and partner stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Boomi leaders on program/partner strategies and execution
  • Continuously assess holistic performance metrics and outcomes for the business to nurture growth and optimize innovation, adoption, and revenue
  • Maintain overall group presence on internal and external websites

The Experience You Bring

  • 15+ years in the software industry, with substantial SaaS experience
  • 10+ years in technology business development or alliance management
  • 5+ years leading teams of 5 or more direct reports
  • Experience developing comprehensive GTM plans
  • Substantial experience with legal agreement structures, resale and OEM terms, developing deals to source outside technology into the business to enhance product portfolios
  • Deep experience building and presenting commercial business models at the CxO level
  • Equally comfortable speaking with a Product Manager, CxO, or Account Executive
  • Leader, who is comfortable taking initiative and operating in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • A team player with a proven ability to collaborate and work across all levels and functional areas of the organization
  • Strategic thinker and results-driven with strong analytical competencies and a willingness to dig into the details
  • Estimated 30% travel, included but not limited to partner meetings, customer meetings, and conferences

Bonus Points If You Have

  • 3+ years developing and growing global partner programs and ecosystems
  • Experience developing and running a marketplace
  • Experience working in the AI field
  • Integration software experience
  • Experience operating from within a Product organization

Compensation and Benefits

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $139,288 - $208,932. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
