Join the Boomi Managed Cloud Services Team as Managed Cloud Services manager - the regional leader is responsible for providing a world class service experience, managing customer expectations, and leading the resolution and on-going operational improvements of he Boomi Managed Cloud Service. This position is based in Melbourne or Sydney.

What you'll achieve

As a Managed Cloud Services leader, you will orchestrate the activities of the cloud engineer team focused on the onboarding and operations of Boomi customers' Cloud runtime managed by the Managed Cloud Services team.

You will:

  • Work closely with the Technical Account Managers/Service Delivery Managers to ensure new customers are on-boarded with seamless handover / transition into BAU mode.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on the on the service delivery operations.
  • Participating in operational strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Encourage open communication between team members, allowing the team to bring forward ideas on how they can collectively deliver a more effective service
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of the team against SLA/KPIs, driving through change as needed to deliver continual service improvement
  • Ensure operational procedures and practices are well defined, documented and consistently applied
  • Act as a catalyst in the Incident Management process and ensure that timely and appropriate escalation is made to internal teams and vendor

As a leader you must be passionate about:

  • Focus on customer and internal teams engagement and collaboration in customer acquisition and delivery
  • Coaching , solicit-and provide balanced feedback on their performance, addressing opportunities for development and growth.
  • Recognise and reward outstanding and exceptional performance.
  • Instill a high-performance culture in the team with a focus on teamwork, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or country specific equivalent with a minimum of 7-9 years of experience in areas of ITIL/ITSM Service Delivery and Management responsibilities
  • Natural ability to understand, translate and communicate with Management and Technical audiences.
  • Strong active listening and empathy skills
  • Polished, persistent and influential communicator
