Boomi is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Enablement Consultant to join our Sales Enablement team in Sydney. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of our B2B sellers through tailored on-site enablement programs. The Sales Enablement Consultant will collaborate closely with local sales, sales development, and pre-sales leadership to assess enablement needs, devise strategies, and implement initiatives aimed at accelerating new hire productivity and increasing the number of sellers achieving quota.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Hire Onboarding: Deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and equipping them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to succeed.

  • Assessment and Needs Analysis: Work closely with local sales, SDR, and presales leadership to assess the enablement needs of sales personnel, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

  • Enablement Program Management: Develop and execute local enablement initiatives aligned with global programs and frameworks, adapting them to address specific regional requirements and market dynamics.

  • Content Development: Leverage Boomi’s global inventory of enablement resources and collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and impactful sales enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, and resources tailored to the needs of B2B iPaaS sellers.

  • Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and sales methodologies.

  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize programs to drive improvements in new hire productivity and quota attainment.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various stakeholders, including sales leadership, product management, marketing, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving sales enablement goals.
